Moab getaway

We had an awesome time staying here. Kimm was very responsive and helpful. The location of the rental is in a quiet location which was awesome. Would stay here again

Great location, great host

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Kim’s Kiva and we’ve had a good experience both times. Host is very responsive, unit is clean and the community pool is a big plus!

Totally enjoyed stay

This condo was great for a week in Moab. It was very clean which is super important to my wife but I was delighted with the location, roomy unit and the garage which held all our gear even though it was golf cart size.Would stay here again.

Very clean and a very nice condo and neighborhood.

Loved all the amenities and cleanliness! The owner was very helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable! When we come back to Moab (which we definitely are) hopefully this condo is available. Might rearrange vacation times if it means getting the same condo!

The perfect location to visit and relax.

After one week doing the Utah national parks, we really appreciated to relax at this complete house. The property is clean pretty new, and the team is available relatively fast in case of any problem. Will definitely repeat and recommend.

Listing accurately reflects the property. Great value for the location. TV in the living room sound didn't work. Other than that, no surprises.

We had an amazing stay here. Area was quiet and friendly. The place itself was clean, very comfortable, and provided for all our needs to feel right at home. Host was responsive and kind with the few questions we had. We also had more space than we had anticipated. Highly recommend and would have no problem returning again next time!

Great home base for hiking Moab

We were in Moab to hike the parks, 4 adults, and found the condo a good comfortable fit for our needs. We cooked a couple meals, and made lunches for the trails. Groceries are nearby and it was a quiet location to return to. Had a great Mexican meal in Moab, but unfortunately didn’t have a lot of time to spend there. Arches is very close, and Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point not very far at all. We would definitely recommend, and would stay again.

Good place for family in Moab

Nice and quiet condo. Very comfortable, clean. A few minutes away from the center of town. Provided what we needed for four adults 2 bed/2 bath, plus laundry. It is a two story with stairs. Helpful tip on great drive thru coffee!

Spacious 2 bed, 10 minutes to town

We had a great stay over thanksgiving week with our dog. Beautiful hike right out the door. 10 minutes into town and around 30 min to arches. Great biking nearby. We loved having the garage for our bikes! Enough space to comfortably relax at home after a busy day outside. The fireplace was a nice touch. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal. Owner was responsive and helped us adjust our booking last minute. Would stay here again! :)

So great

This condo was exceptional. Our family of 4 was in Moab for a week to visit Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse Point SP and we could not have been more pleased with this condo! It had everything we needed and was super comfortable. It was nice and quiet off the main drag and included all the amenities we needed. Communication with the owner was great and check in was super easy. We loved the pool, the layout, the privacy, and everything else! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to again some day when we’re back in Moab. Highly recommended.

Quiet location, great dark sky views

Clean, pleasant, plenty of room for us. Loved the quiet, though that may differ on a weekend. Delightful SW decor, comfy bed, LR sofa & chair. Would suggest a reading light or two in LR. Throw rugs are nice but can be a tripping hazard. Would stay again

Condo Super Clean and Well-stocked

Kimm was great to work with, from booking to answering questions we had during our stay. Her response time was almost immediate! The condo, with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, plus a kitchen stocked with utensils, coffee, coffee filters, sugar, powdered creamer, salt and pepper, oil, etc was perfect for our stay and for making and storing most of our meals. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms but each bedroom had a desk fan. There was body wash, shampoo and conditioner plus hand/body lotion in each bathroom. Each bedroom has its own TV and of course, there is one in the living room. The location, about 4 miles south of town, provided easy access to Arches NP (about 15 - 20 minutes to entrance) and to Canyonlands NP (Islands in the Sky area) plus Dead Horse State Park. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Was not clean. Animal hair got all over my clothes. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no soap for the shower. Patio hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Tumble weeds and sand everywhere. Grill was dirty. Not staying there again. In fact I want my money back!!!!

Sept 24 Moab visit

The Property was clean and very well located to all activities that Moab has to offer. It is quiet and and has a nice pool. There was an issue with the wifi on our arrival and it was rectified by contacting the host but same issue showed the next day. Contacted host again and a call to the Internet provide resolve this issue The reason for the 4 star review and not 5 was when we arrived there was a note from house cleaner that the TV in the living room had not sound and was going to be replaced the next 1-2 days. It was not. The cleaner did mention that the TV's in the bedrooms did work as expected and these were available. This really was not acceptable. Watching TV in bed is something we have never done. You just want to set in a living room in the morning and watch the news and drink a morning beverage. This was somewhat disappointing. Overall it was a great place to stay at a great rate in Moab.

Nice Place

Overall impression was good. However, We got into town a little early, I tried to message the host to see about early check-in which we had previously discussed and did not hear anything back. So we left and returned at 3:00 which is check-in time, The cleaning lady was there and said that the place wasn't going to be ready until 4:30. I tried messaging the host to confirm and she still didn't respond. Keep in mind this was 2 hours after we had gotten into town. The cleaning lady said she had sent a message telling us that the prior tenants had a late checkout which we did not receive and after looking at her phone she realized it didn't send. That didn't stop her from having an attitude about us being there and being upset about not checking in. She was very rude texting me, but she did a good job cleaning. She just had a bad attitude. The place was nice and clean once we finally got checked in. I didn't hear back from the host until around 6:00 that evening. Telling me she had been out of town and "hoping everything went okay with check-in." The place itself was nice, it was clean, the pool was nice, we used the grill, everything was really good. Just the check-in process was kind of a nightmare with no response from the host and a bad attitude from the one person we actually were able to talk to.

Our Moab Haven

I highly recommend a stay in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home in Moab. We had everything we needed here and enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the living space is pleasant.
