We had easy access to Arches/Canyonlands and Bears Ears Monument. The complex was quiet when we were there. We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy sitting outside both on the front porch and back areas. The pool was fairly crowded with families and young kids enjoying it. There was not much in the way of shade or pool chairs/loungers. The condo itself was perfect. We loved having the washer and dryer in unit. This condo would be a perfect set up for two couples as the unit has essentially two master bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs. Our only complaint is the air conditioning unit is extremely loud and made it impossible for us seniors to watch tv in the living room in the evening. Condo was sooo perfect, clean and cozy with all the accommodations and items you may need for a comfortable stay whether you wish to cook/stay in or if you wish to go into town it is only 4 or so miles driving from the condo.
