4A6 Close to the Pool with Views of the Red Rocks

The hot tub and pool are currently closed. The hot tub is expected to open over President's Day weekend/Feb 13th. The pool is scheduled to open in late March/early April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

Unit does not come with ATV. Photos are to show that ATVs can fit into the two car garage.
Beds: King in master, queen bed in bedroom 2 and two twin beds in bedroom 3.

Come and relax in this 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, double car garage townhome located in Rim Village Vista. Located 5 miles south of downtown Moab, the rural location is away from the noise of the downtown area and yet it takes just a few minutes to drive to. Cable and wifi are included and the 36' extra long driveway allows you to park trailers or additional vehicles. Located near the pool, playground, hot tub, and tennis courts. There is a king bed, queen bed and 2 twin beds and a balcony off the master bedroom. The patio is a great place to enjoy the sun and the view of the Moab Rim. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule:
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

Hot Tub Schedule:
Hot Tub will close for the season: December 1, 2025
Hot Tub will re-open: Friday Feb. 14th, 2026 (the Friday of Presidents Day weekend)
Open: Feb 14th – Mar 2026: 1pm-9pm
Open: Mar 2026 - Oct 2026- 10am-9pm
Open: Oct 2026 – Jan 2, 2027- 1pm-9pm
*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 2-Feb 14th

**Pool is open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees.

Condo worked out perfect for a short trip to Moab. Allowed us to cook meals as a group and the grill worked great. The garage space was handy and everything worked. Condo was well kept and we'd stay again.

Great place in Moab

This place was perfect for our Jeep trip to Moab. The garage is big enough for two Jeeps and it was nice to be able to wrench on them after a day on the trails. The house was clean and had room for us to relax. Thanks!

Moab Experience

The townhouse was clean, larger than expected & very nice. The views were great. Sitting on the patio, you could see the Red Rocks, there were flowering trees with humming birds in them. Very peaceful. Great communication with the management. Would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good, reasonably quiet location in about 10-15 min drive from the center of Moab. Besides of not having basic toiletries in the upstairs bathrooms (Management company's choice), everything else was perfect. I would suggest to put coasters in the upstairs bedrooms to protect the furniture and the small rugs in the upstairs bathrooms (we only had towels). Moab is a fantastic town and the scenery and the hikes were amazing.

Nice rental

The location was perfect for us and the Moab adventures we had planned. Kids loved being directly across from the pool and playground. Unit was comfortably furnished, and rooms were well sized. Only downside was that there wasn't soap or shampoo for the showers and the hand soap containers that were in the kitchen and sink areas contained minimal soap that was watered down. We think it was a housekeeping oversight since everything was pretty perfect otherwise and similar rentals usually include basic toiletries. We mentioned it to them, but you might want to bring your own body wash and shampoo just in case. Either way, we would not hesitate to rent again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was the perfect place for us! Our kids loved being so close to the pool (this was one of the closest units to the pool). The house was clean and well stocked with essentials like towels, toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels, etc. We visited Arches National Park (20 minute drive) and Canyonlands National Park (about 45 minute drive) during our visit- didn't really explore Moab much, but lots is available within 10-15 minutes of this rental. Home was in a nice, safe area and the other guests/residents in the complex seemed friendly. It was nice to have a garage to park in which was clean and spacious. We were on a long road trip, so it was nice to have space to clean out our van and repack it for the remainder of the trip. I didn't have any reason to contact the owner/manager, but they were very good about communicating essential information like check-in process, check-out, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone visiting Moab!
