The hot tub is open year-round. The pool is currently closed and is scheduled to open in mid-April. Please see the pool and hot tub schedule and hours below.

This one level property is truly a relaxing retreat while in Moab! The three bedrooms (king, king, and two twin beds) each have a television in the room. The master bedroom has an attached private bathroom with a spacious shower. The two additional rooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The two-car garage provides you with a safe place to store your golf clubs, mountain bikes, jeeps, or the hot-rod you're bringing for the Moab Car Show.

The walled patio provides stunning views of the La Sal Mountains and the red-rock rims, as well as a gas barbecue grill and cafe table and chairs.

All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!

The townhome is equipped with Wireless internet and all televisions have cable.

Cancellations need to be done at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund.

Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab. Manager is on premises.

2025 Hot Tub and Pool Schedule
In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

The pool closes typically at the end of Oct through April and reopens mid-April (depending on the weather)

**Pool and hot tub are open weather permitting. Early season (Late March/early April) pool may not open IF the weather is too cold. EX: IF high temps for the day are not expected to be above 65 degrees. Pool & Hot tub can be closed due to inclement weather.

The property is just as pictured. Check in was easy. We had been in some small hotel rooms on our trip and it was great having so much space. The master suite is huge! Grill was clean and very nice. It's in a nice quiet community and the pool and hot tub were nice. The check out instructions were as simple as any VRBO we've ever stayed in. If you're into high end finishes this might not be the place for you, but it's a very comfortable space. Highly recommend.

Great "Home away from home"!

Super clean, simple yet all the home comforts to stay. Close to all the "things" to do in Moab. Communication was easy, open and very responsive. Will stay again when we return to Moab.

Great place to stay

Great base for dirt biking and mountain biking in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, etc for cooking and the unit was close to the pool. Very quiet neighborhood.

Fantastic Stay

What a wonderful place to stay! Everything was GREAT! Pictures on the site were exactly as it was. Got in a little early and was able to check after quick exchange of texts with the property manager. Checking in was soooo easy, having a garage to park in was over the top! Nice neighborhood and quiet, made for relaxing vacation! Very clean & comfortable, stocked with everything we needed. Can’t say enough positive things about this place, it truly was Fantastic!

Great size and location. Excellent master and second bedroom. Third bedroom great for kids. Large spotless garage. Place could use some drywall repair and some paint but we would definitely stay there again

Great location and awesome property!

We stopped here on our national park tour. It’s a great location convenient to shopping and only about 15-20 minutes from Arches N.P. The property is spacious and great for kids. We have a 1 year old and I appreciated that there were no stairs to chase her up. The property is also right around the corner from a great community pool. Thank you for a great stay!

Quiet and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay while we were attending the Cruise Moab event. There were 5 people in our group and everyone had a comfortable and quiet place to sleep. The large living space was comfortable for late night chats. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location in the development was quiet and close to the pool area. Moab views at their finest

We thought the property was completely as advertised. Easy to get to and room to spread out. The pool was an awesome place to hang out with our teen children. The house was clean and comfortable. It suffered some of the property build date limitations but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The host was responsive and helpful. Thanks for the stay!

Outstanding VRBO in Moab

This listing was exactly as described. The home was very clean. There was an amazing amount of room in the home. The master bedroom was especially spacious and the high ceilings in the family room made it feel expansive. The decor was southwestern with various art pieces. It is located in a quiet and peaceful community just south of Moab. Being out of the busy downtown area was great for our family. Only took a few minutes to get to Moab itself. The property manager was very responsive as we forgot to fill out our forms until we arrived on scene. We got the entry codes quickly. Also, the price was very reasonable and less than staying in Moab itself. We even had a garage for the car. Highly recommend for family vacation stay. National Parks are close by.

The information in the book at the property and online has all different information so it was very confusing what rules to follow. Check-out time in the book is listed as 11, but online it is 10 and the cleaning company showed up right at 10:05am. We were already leaving, but still very confusing. The book says pool and hot tub closes at 9, but the sign posted outside the facility said 10. I think the information just needs to be updated - otherwise the place was so great!! Thank sso much

Great value, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, livingroom sofas were great. laundry & garage a plus. Perfect for our family to gather between hikes, bike rides and attending wedding events. We prefer the more central pool area but this unit only had access to the back pool which is more exposed to the wind. But a good pool and hot tub nevertheless.Kitchen not as well stocked as some other VRBO experiences…only one prep knife and cutting board to be found. Coffee filters too small for the filter basket. Dirty dishes were mixed in with clean so we did one big dish load to be sure everything was clean. I cleaned hairs out of the bathroom drawers and found a bra in the broken chest of drawers in the kids room. condo could use a deep clean. I wiped off window sills from the dead gnats and sand. Sandy top shelves in kitchen cabinets. Baseboards and ceiling fans are fuzzy and dusty cobwebs were in some of the rooms.
