The pool is scheduled to open March 27th. If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below. Why Book with Us? \- We are local in Moab. We live here and know the area well!- No hidden fees! We don't tack on extra unnecessary booking fees. \- We are highly familiar with the Moab area and can provide recommendations on tours, hikes, adventures, food and more! \- We have been in business for over 20 years and have been a trusted host for 1000+ travelers to Moab. The furnishings are from Bassett Furniture with your comfort being the main factor in the selection process. The master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed with en suite bathroom. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom located upstairs and a half bathroom located downstairs. The kitchen is stocked with everyday utensils and small appliances, allowing you to save even more money on meals. There are TV's in the master bedroom, living area, and loft. Free Wifi too! All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice! Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control. HOT TUB Hot Tub will re-open: Friday, Feb. 14th, 2026 Open: Feb 14th – Mar 27th - 1 PM - 9 PM Open: Mar 27th - June 7th - 10 AM - 9 PM CLOSED: June 7th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (Scheduled repairs. Dates are tentative and not guaranteed) Open: Sept/Labor Day Weekend - Jan 3, 2027 - 1 PM - 9 PM \*Hot tub is usually closed Jan 3rd - Feb 14th POOL Opening Date: March 27th - weather permitting CLOSED: June 7th – June 17th (Closed for repairs) Open: June 17th – Sept/Labor Day Weekend (One or both pools will be open. Overall, the place was clean and offered everything the listing said it would. We did find an item left behind from the previous guest as well as some little handprints left on the closet mirrors. The tile floor could have used another once over with a broom but none of this ruined our stay by any means. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, plus 2 living spaces, this is a perfect place to spread out after being cramped in the car with each other. 😁. The complex has great views, 2 nice pools and a hot tub, and a playground area for kids. It’s also 4 minutes away from Underdog Animal Rescue if you want to jump down there and volunteer for a couple hours - just saying! The condo is about a 10 minute drive south of downtown Moab, so if you want to be able to walk to places, it’s better to stay in town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Moab. Beds were comfy, home was clean and well stocked for our stay. Owner/manager was excellent to communicate with. Arrival process and departure were simple. Everything was as listed and then some.
