It was clean and just as described on the listing. We had 7 adults and it was the perfect amount of space, but would have slept 10 if you had children to share the bunk beds. Movie area was comfortable and the TV was nice. The video game set up was fun. The location is a bit odd - it seems to be in more of an industrial area - but it was quiet and we didn’t have any issues. (There are huge, crackling power lines running through the back of the lot. FYI) The main problem is the bathroom situation. There isn’t a door on the master bathroom. Which means you are basically pooping in the master bedroom. You can literally see the bed from the toilet. Which is not something I was searching for on this trip. To make matters worse, the half bath right outside the master doesn’t have a fan. So. Also there is a door to the outside in the master - you can see it from the shower. It has frosted glass panes in the door, but it is a little off putting to say the least. Other than that the place is nice and clean and comfortable. Unless you’re lactose intolerant or have IBS or anything. Just be prepared. One other thing - the house has mini splits instead of central heat and air. It’s fine and the house was cool and comfortable, but the whole house has to be either cooled or heated. You can’t have both. At certain times of year this might be an issue. Overall the house was fine for our stay. ##### Jenifer A. Getting into the home and the availability of lots of parking was great. There is a large garage and the neighborhood is very quite. You are right next to very large powerlines which make a decent amount of noise (and freaked out one of the guest) and the master bathroom doesn't have a door between the bedroom and the bathroom (mainly the toilet). The hottub was nice and the backyard was well done. The house AC was great (in every room). The communication with the owners of the home were difficult and I never received any emails back to 3 different requests/ questions. VRBO made a mistake and my group actually booked 2 homes (only needed 1) at the same time. After we Identified the problem and VRBO explained the issue- I reached out to the home owner to discuss options. Between the large powerlines right next to the house, the master bathroom toilet and the lack of communication from the owner. That is the rating we gave. ##### Joe K.
