“I have stayed here before I am very disappointed to hear it’s closing down for Cole’s to be built as it’s no run down it’s brick has plenty of life left so very sad to see it be gone”
“The overal set up & facillities are not really desirable, bit dirty, especially the cup(with coffee marking) the blaket look dirty...Facillities are very cheap. Hot water and cold water tap are not well controllable. ”
“Rooms are not serviced and towels have to be left on outside chair for clean ones! Notes everywhere to say empty rubbish

And Expedia did not forward our booking so we nearly didn’t get a room!!
