Everything was great with one exception; for whatever reason the bed was awful. It was lumpy feeling. Since I was there for 1 night only I chose not to say anything in the middle of the night.

Excellent Customer service.
From the time I walked into this facility every single person that worked there that I came in contact with was extremely helpful and make sure that unfelt comfortable and at home. Because of the excellent service, it did not matter to me that there were renovations taking place. A+ Service Should be awarded to everyone who worked the two days that I stayed at this location. Thank you!

Disaster in Mobile
The hotel was being remodeled. Our room phone did not work. There was a small roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls, which we discovered in the middle of the night. The ice machine did not work and we had go up and down the stairs to find one that did. Finally…the internet did not work.
