The location and overall condition of the hotel left a poor first impression. Our rooms were on the first floor, and the interior hallways were dimly lit and appeared to be poorly maintained. The rooms themselves were also dated, run-down, and not in the best condition. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and didn't feel the hotel met our expectations.

Everything was horrible. I slept on broken bed and now have body pains for days now. The bed in room 107 is broken

Our stay was horrendous.The staff was beyond rude and put us on the sixth floor knowing that the 6 floor has no air conditioning. Which gladly found out from the maintenance guy did not move us and claim that they were working on the cooling system.And that it should be done by next month. Breakfast was horrible and all together.I went out recommend this place very ghetto, and the staff were very rude. There was a tall Lady working the guest services desk at close to midnight. When we ask if she had a charger for our phones, she said they had charges for sale. She tried selling just a wire without the port and tried charging $15 for each piece sold separately. Huge ripoff! Do yourself a favor and never stay at this hotel! We also found a roach in our bed!!

Clean rooms, little less space but manageable
