The hotel was far away enough from the freeway that it was quiet. The room was clean and hotel staff polite and helpful. Twice upon staying there the juice machine was not functioning at breakfast and there was no alternative offered (like containers of juice from a store). The oatmeal at breakfast was watery (too thin).

Room has a smoke detector that has a flashing light on all night it not super bright and it's green not white but when your room is dark it's very noticeable ask front desk about they said all their rooms are this way,also bed made alot of noise anytime you would move

I had to change rooms 2 times, first time room 316, air-conditioning was not working and the room temperature was 89° room. Second time room 319 added an additional night and had to switch again to room 303. Just not very convenient for my stay

No hot water. MOD ARICELI did not offer any kind of concession. NO HOT WATER. Horrible horrible response “service in on Monday”. “Not everyone is open 24hrs”. Ummm you are a hotel. In an area where we have limited choices. Too late to check anywhere else. Could have alerted us before via Expedia. Hm acceptable handling of the situation. Asst mgr the next day was just as bad. Need remedial customer service training. Is not Hilton Honors worthy.
