No working lift and poor room servicing. When I arrived the lift was broken, it was fixed the next day and then it broke again and wouldn't be fixed until after I left. I don't think this is acceptable for a 6 floor hotel when you have a case to carry up and down the stairs. The time to fix it was blamed on "Lazy Germans" by the receptionist.
The bigger issue was around room cleaning, it took 2 days before they told me I needed to book my room cleaning on an app, once I did they might have done a quick hoover and replaced the towels. They didn't make the bed or replace the sheets, which was required as we had the 3 hottest days in German history while I was there. They also did not replace the empty soap dispenser or the tea and coffee, sugar etc.
I don't think this was up to the standard of Wyndhams I have stayed in before and I was very disappointed with the level of service.

"Rahman was the absolute best when we stayed at this property, we ended up coming back super late and had no food and he took amazing care of us. Property was nice nothing too fancy but we only stayed for one night. Perfect if you’re going to a concert nearby! 10/10 for Rahman"
