We were pleasantly surprised with Balcon del mar, really clean,spacious, everything you need for self catering.pool bar was lovely, shop for basics on site. Laundry services.heated and non heated pool. Staff were lovely. Max 10 min walk to Europa centre .Taxi ride down to the commercial centre, depending on route down 7-11 euro,Very high up on the Amadores side of peurto rico.

It was the perfect spot to be in Gran Canaria with a car. Close by sll the nice places to visit. We had a wunderfull time.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. A bit far out of town and no public transport. Sometimes hard to get a taxi. Close to the small Europe Market with shops & reasonable restaurants.

Zeer schoon Appartement met uitzicht op de zee met zonsondergang vanaf het balkon. Alles is in de buurt op loop afstand maar je zit wel in een rustig gedeelte. Wij vonden dat echt ideaal.

Rolig og fint - kort avstand til restauranter

Fint opphold for familen. Rolig og trygg plass hvor ungene kunne løpe fritt, vi kunne se dem fra terrassen. Eneste var at vannet i begge bassengene var litt kaldt og at en ikke får morra sola på terrassen. Ellers bra plass i nærheten av shoppingsenter, med dagligvarer og restauranter

Estancia ideal

Ha sido todo un acierto escoger éste alojamiento. Está ubicado encima de playa Amadores que es muy bonita y la zona ha sido muy muy tranquila! El apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones dobles muy cómodas y con todas las necesidades. Además, la terraza era muy muy grande!! Muy buena atención también por parte del personal.

No son apar, bastante amplios para 5, pequeña cocina, aire acondicionado (que se agradece), limpieza, nada de ruidos y aparcamiento junto al apartamento por precio asequible por día. Buenas ubicación para conocer la zona Sur de la isla.El trato con D. Ángel (recepción) excelente. Repetiremos.

Mycket bättre än förväntat, vi har tidigare bott på hotell i området med tre och fyra stjärnor men när vi åkte den gång så var det inte så mycket att välja på. Oerhört trevlig personal, rent, snyggt och alla bekvämligheter som man önskar. Juan i poolbaren lagade mat och pysslade om oss till en helt Ok meny, både till urval och pris. Det är klart, en AC hade säkert varit bra en annan tid på året men i Mars var det absolut inget vi saknade. Man måste tänka på att det är två stjärnor. Men terrassen på rummen är fantastisk, vi hade grym utsikt från vårat fina 508.

Flott hotell. Hvitevarer og madrasser på rommene begynner å bli litt slitne og moden for utskifting. Veldig fornøyd med dette hotellet, og kommer tilbake

Fint opphold på et hotell med få gjester når vi var der. Det var egentlig veldig deilig. Ett oppvarmet basseng som var deilig å bruke, de andre var litt kaldere, men ikke noe problem. Veldig god mat i pool-baren, han som jobbet der var utrolig flink til å holde det rent og pent i tillegg. Iskald øl gjorde sitt til at humøret hele tiden var på topp. Litt dårlig at man må betale ekstra for internett (og relativt dyrt) og at det da kun er tilgang på to enheter. Butikk med begrenset utvalg, men kort vei til Europa-senteret med butikker, barer, restauranter og flotte lekemuligheter for de små. Alt i alt et flott opphold.

Lovely staff clean room nice pool area good location handy on site supermarket just needs some ceiling fans or air conditioning as rooms get very hot and could do with some better pillows There very thin and uncomfortable but excellent in everything else

Very clean receptionist very helpful on arrival WiFi ok but €24 a week safe the same but very awkward as safe boxes are located in a bank system in the reception safes should be available in your room not in reception, overall hotel very clean pool bar food ok and not over priced good location for getting about plenty of lifts , do not feed the cats Scandinavia guests feeding the feral cats causing around 20. Cats meowing all night for food big problem at moment in gran canaria ,small supermarket shop by reception ideal for basics , would definitely stay here again but would like a bit of uk tv for news etc all 4 channels spanish ,
