“I rated most things terrible because we were unable to locate the actual hotel accommodations. There was no reception of any kind at the address provided and it looked liked abandoned property. We had to make arrangements for another hotel and lost our entire payment at this property. We emailed with our concerns to the property and Expedia and got no response from either. A big ripoff.”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided.
