“The apartment is in a great location offering easy access to transport and lots of great restaurants. It faces a courtyard so was very peaceful given its busy location. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom had excellent thick curtains to keep out the light. However, the shower was not clean and the shower head was filthy which we had to clean to give us confidence to use it. The shower room sink is tiny and its fitting is wobbly and should be repaired. A small bin in the shower room……

“What a quaint, cozy spot to enjoy the fantastic city of Paris! An easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, at which point you can also pick up sightseeing buses to help you decide where to go next! The apartment had all the necessary conveniences and was clean and airy. Would love to go back some day!”

“You will not find a better location in Le Marais. Close to subway station, tons of restaurants and shops around. And walking distance to Rivoli and Forum Les Halles. However if you are 4, and have a lot of luggage, it could feel a bit cramped. We had an heat wave for a few days, getting 38°C at the highest. But due to the apartment’s location facing the shaded yard, the temperatures were still quite manageable. The host had great communication, and made sure we were okay regularly. Other than……

“Nice location: restaurants, groceries, shops and Louvre nearby. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.”

“I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. The space inside was lovely despite a slight chunk of paint missing from the wall(doesn't bother me). Something i didn't see in any review was the mentioning of this apartments extremely musty smell. Because the bathroom is so small and without ventilation, it all leaks into the apartment and sticks around, even with……

“The apartment is exactly as pictured and in a beautiful, safe, and thriving area close to a major metro line and lots of local shops, stores, bars, and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and the communication with the host was a 10/10. We’re so appreciative that all Q’s and requests were responded to quickly and efficiently. You’re going to enjoy your stay here in this quiet, pretty community, we definitely did and will be back :)”

“Small room but nice”

“Wonderful apartment and great location”

“Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.”

“This rental was a pearl hidden in the museum district, just steps from the tower. Elisa is the owner and was extremely helpful with tips for travel and restaurants. The building is old with huge doors and charm beyond your thoughts. There is a 2 person balcony that looks out on the Siene River. The views from each room are outstanding. Be aware each rental comes with 1 key. The laundry is not for public use. All of my beautiful experiences in Paris, along with meeting a new friend in Elisa, I……
