Its large south-facing terrace offers breathtaking and magical views of the sea, the port of Menton, and the old town. It comprises an entrance hall with storage, a living room with a Murphy bed (160x200cm) and ample storage, a sofa, two armchairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV; a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, oven/microwave, coffee maker, and induction hob, opening onto a large terrace; a bathroom with a washer/dryer and walk-in shower; and a separate toilet. WIFI, bed linen, and towels are provided. An ideal setting for a comfortable stay overlooking the Mediterranean. This apartment is no longer available for your dates? Or are you traveling with others? No worries, other apartments are available in the same building. The Garavan district, also known as Little Africa, is renowned for its sunshine and quality of life, with shops and beaches nearby. The new Menton Garavan port and the Sablettes quayside have been renovated. You'll find numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and entertainment venues. \- Arrival time: Every day from 4:00 PM \- Departure time: Before 10:00 AM \- Security deposit refunded 15 days after your departure. \*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied.
