Comfortable, clean and near train station
Jean Christophe's apartment is very well located - near the local beach, shops, station and a pleasant walk to the beautiful old town / Sablettes Beach. The apartment is very bright, spacious and clean with a balcony with a sea view. It is on the 5th floor but there is a lift which is great for taking up luggage and shopping. The only thing to note is that the description of the kitchen says it has an oven but there is only a microwave (perhaps lost in translation!). It wasn't that hot when we were there but the air con and fan would be great in warm weather. The apartment block is very quiet and well maintained. We would not hesitate to re-book if we return to Menton.

Great vacation in Menton!
The apartment is very sunny and bright, well furnished and with a great location in beautiful Menton within few minutes walking from the train station, bus station, the beach (you can actually see the sea from one of the balconies - in the living room and the bedroom) and the supermarket is right around the corner. Both rooms have air conditioning and there is an elevator in building. The owner is very nice, on time and always responded within minutes. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, citynah und Strandnah gelegen. Von der Seite hat man super Blick auf den Strand. Leider ist es sehr laut in der Straße aber da kann man nichts machen. Die Wohnung liegt in der 5.Etage mit Aufzug, leider fiel dieser die letzten 2 Tage aus so das man bis in diese immer laufen muss! Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit so konnten wir unsere Ebikes im Keller unterstellen. Die Wohnung ist im großen und ganzen zu empfehlen!

Merveilleux séjour à Menton
Menton est pour moi le Nice format sympathique et convivial des gens, à une hauteur plus humaine plus chaleureuse. On y trouve une grande promenade en bord de mer, plein de restos et cafés en terrasse et plusieurs plages. Côté vieille ville historique bien intéressant, facilité d’accès aux transports quand on est à pieds (train, bus, navette). Très pratique quand on ne veut pas louer de voiture. Facilite aussi l’accès pour visiter les villages et villes avoisinantes. Très beau séjour et appartement extrêmement bien situé pour faire et voir tout ça.

Schöner Urlaub
Wohnung weitestgehend wie beschrieben, tolle Lage, sehr netter Eigentümer, hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben für unser Auto eine Wochenkarte in einem nahegelegenen Parkhaus gekauft, auch das hat gut funktioniert (George V gleich um die Ecke aber recht klein, wir haben Saint-Roch genommen, max. 5 Minuten zu Fuß aber deutlich größer). Internet flat rate schnell und stabil. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten an Geschirr und zum Kochen ausgestattet. Alles um die Ecke, Bars, Restaurants, Meer, Lebensmittelladen, Geschäfte... Sehr schöner Urlaub!

EXCELLENT
L'endroit est superbement placé (fête du citron) et à deux pas de la mer. De plus un arrêt de la navette gratuite, à 100m, dessert le centre du Vieux Menton. Je le conseille VIVEMENT. Le propriétaire, Mr Martinez est très compétant et accessible.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce. Propre, spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé (machine à laver/cafetière et capsule/sèche serviettes /tv…) Très bien situé, proche du centre de Menton, proche du remblais. La vue du balcon sur la mer est très agréable. La literie est confortable. Le Stationnement va devenir compliqué car toutes les rues à proximité vont être payantes au 01/01/24. À part cela, je recommande.

Eine Woche Strandurlaub
Wirklich schöne Wohnung und sehr angenehmer Gastgeber. Die Lage ist hervorragend, nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Wohnung verfügt sogar über zwei Klimaanlagen (Tipp: die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer 30 min vor dem Schlafengehen ausschalten, da Sie sonst zu laut ist). Gerne wieder!

SUPER !
Appartement très agréable, tout neuf, propre, ensoleillé et calme. Ambiance lumineuse et épurée en centre ville, agréable balcon pour y déjeuner le matin ou y prendre un verre le soir. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques, nous reviendrons surement et recommandons cet appartement
