Beautiful and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with sea view in a former palace with caretaker and park, overlooking the city of Menton, a 10-minute walk from the town center.  
This south-facing apartment measures approximately 100m² and comprises:  
A large living room with two single sofa beds, a sofa, a table, a refrigerator/freezer, and seating for 6-8 people, and a flat-screen TV.  
Separate kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, a 4-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee maker.  
Master suite with a 160x200cm bed and wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink.  
Second bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet.  
Large bedroom with 140x190cm double bed and closets.
