The staff were extremely calm, friendly and knowledgeable and apologetic. They were very helpful with directions around the city. Breakfast was amazing. Although it would have been nice to have some hash browns and maybe some muffins or sweetbread like other Best Westerns offer. I was very happy with their French toast as that is something that others don't offer. I feel whomever is managing this Best Western is doing a poor job of guiding their staff. I would expect that their would be at least a couple of fresh towels in the pool area and maybe to switch their T.V. network to someone other than Rogers. After a long day of travel you would expect to be able to unwind with some T.V. or you would think BW would offer something like a discount considering this service was interrupted. Overall ,my stay here was very nice being close to the city ,yet far enough away for tranquility. Again, the staff were very friendly and empathetic.
