Our specific room we stayed in was NOT clean. There were stains all over the curtains and walls - some questionably looking like blood. Ventilation was poor between the rooms. There were also stains on the carpet and crusty white marks on the headboards. The carpet was frayed, the pocket door had an incomplete handle, and there was a patched hole in the wall where it looked like it had been punched. The blankets for the sofa bed also had stains as well as the couch cushions themselves. I don’t know all that happened in this specific room, but it was not properly dealt with. The hotel halls smell musty like it used to be a smoking hotel but was switched over and they couldn’t fully get the smell out. The pool towels are kept at the front desk which is pretty inconvenient to realize after the fact. The waste reduction shampoo and body wash were not topped off in the shower. There were not enough towels for our party of three. The batteries in the tv remote were dead. It was a lot of small inconveniences that on their own wouldn’t be deal breakers, but together it was overall not a good experience. Breakfast was fine and served its purpose. The room was not comparable to the images. The pictures are bright and clean, but that is not the reality of the room we stayed in. It was dingy and I felt horrible having my young child stay here. I know this is a budget hotel, but this room needed major upgrades. It should not be on their roster of rooms without work. It’s very rundown

Very friendly staff. Door to room would not close on its own... rubbing on the carpet. Make sure you pull your room door shut
