“Cute little motel. You can tell she put a lot of time bringing the room up to date.”

“Even with the furnace, the room is quite cold there.Seems to be a draft under the door everything was clean and sufficient in the room.However, there wasn't even an extra roll of toilet paper, which would be nice.”

“Warm and nice layout. Being -30 meant spending more time indoors. No drafts, after we closed two windows inadvertently left open by the cleaners! Host was responsive to many texts. ”

“Once again VRBO has disappointed me. These cabins are in very poor shape. Floors are mushy in spots , bugs and dirty towels in the kitchen drawers, poorly organized kitchen set up and entire building in disrepair including the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors not mounted in one of the cabins. Towels in bathrooms were in poor condition”

“I WISH VRBO HAD BETTER ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE AS I'VE TRIED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL SEVERAL TIMES TO MATCH MY ACCOUNT. IN ADDITION, I WISH THE HOSTS COULD RATE THE GUESTS SO FUTURE HOSTS CAN SEE HOW GOOD THE GUESTS ARE AS WELL.”

“House was beautiful, we had a problem getting in because the code for the door wasn’t working and lindsey helped us right away. The only thing the house could improve on would be the heating system is kinda of confusing, there are mini splits in each room that don’t seem to be working and the heat that works off the thermostat would be really hot one night and colder the next, the wood burning stove was fine with us to maintain a temperature, although the instructions provided don’t quite match……

“The place is nice and it is spacious. The kitchen has all the amenities that you would like for cooking and there were in good condition. The cleaning crew should take more time with the place between guests. Dishwasher was still full when we arrived, clean but full and seems to me the newly arriving guests should not be responsible for emptying the dishwasher. The floors were obviously not moped between guests as there are spots of something that dripped over the floor (red popsicle maybe?).……
