Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa
Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa"Unfortunately the pool is still out of action but that aside it was a good stay. Very helpful staff very clean and comfortable room, good breakfasts, jams at the toast area gets messy and sticky perhaps a re-think needed there, parking excellent. Only grumble was the noisy extractor in our bathroom it needs replacing, we used torches to use bathroom in the night so as not to waken our neighbours but we did report it to reception and hopefully it will be fixed for next guests. Overall a clean and...

"3 Horse shoes was great, for some reason our bedroom got mixed up, was supposed to have a family room but got a double. Staff sorted the issue, i dont know but apparenty is was an Expedia mix up. Issue was sorted by the morning even though we arrived late, cool pub with a kids soft play and decent playground. Foods nice, staff great....."
"The staff were very helpful and relaxed in their approach. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of tea and a local coffee. The bedroom was clean but obviously being upgraded."
Celtic International Hotel Cardiff Airport
Celtic International Hotel Cardiff Airport"There was no easy access to the airport by foot. Taxi was ok. Room was clean but very hot. This was easily resolved by turning the radiator off and opening the window. We were misled when booking thinking that the restaurant would be open. We had to order takeaway and wait 2 hours for food. The hotel does not accept cash which seems to be the way everyone is going. Staff were friendly and chatty."
