This is a nice place to stay just a little bit dates but can’t fault it lovely place to stay at junction 36 of M4 lovely outlet place wit places like M&S, Next, Sketchers and lots more lots of places to eat too! Yes would go to this hotel again. Staff are very friendly it was nice

Convenient for 1 night stay even to visit Swansea. If you have a EV even better as you can either put your car on charge across the way or have a starbucks whilst you wait or walk back to hotel.

Needed to amend reservation due to a change of plans, tried for 4 days to get through on the phone. Nobody picked up. Even Expedia tried getting through and nothing! They couldn't even contact the hotel. So I've ended up paying for a hotel I never used becausyyou can't contact them!

All you could need for a layover.

Couldn’t fault the place in terms of it’s all we were looking for and needed - we’d go back if we were doing a similar trip. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Close to a shop and a short drive to the town and about half an hour to Cardiff. Only fault was the place is in need of a bit of a face lift, but overall, very happy with the place.

Standard as usual is good, but as with heavy traffic hotel it is tired. Staff are excellent. Convenient for visiting family, and we can bring the dog with us. Please be aware of parking fees for each night staying. For free parking booking direct is advised.

Convenient stay for a work do in Bridgend

Basic services hotel near Bridgend town centre. Basic room but clean, plenty of tea and coffee. Plenty of towels and extra pillows Good for a stay over after a day out im Bridgend. Staff were nice, and helpful with a taxi number.

The service was excellent. Pricing more than fair! Booked a last minute night away for my daughter and I for NYE as thought it might be nice just to be out of the house. So glad we did and the hotel was ideal for this.
