"A very charming property set right along highway 395 and in a wood shaded area that also has a river running through it. There are plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view of Mono Lake across the highway. Very beautiful and scenic. It can be a bit loud with the cars but we didn't mind. No TV, Wi-Fi is available but there was enough connection (T-Mobile) for emails and web browsing. It's a cabin in the woods. All amenities enough for what we needed. Wouldn't mind coming back next time we're in the area."

"I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience at The Bodie Hotel. Owners Jolissa and Jeff made us feel more than special, they made my son and me feel like family. They made amazing recommendations to do around Bridgeport, from fishing to hot springs to horseback riding. We spent 4th of July in Bridgeport—an experience in and of itself—but everything was made more special by our stay. Our room itself was spacious and clean, and we took advantage of the parlor and patio. Cannot recommend The Bodie Hotel enough. The only reason I don’t want to is because I want to make sure we can book a room the next time! 😜"

"A wonderful family experience for our Yosemite trip! We had the family 2-bedroom with kitchenette that was airy and refreshing with *gorgeous* lake views from every room. The kitchen was very well appointed (even had a cuisinart!) and we even grilled steaks on the available property grill :). The sofa bed was comfortable for my teen without the usual lumps or ickiness I have found in other establishments. Hot tub was great, as well as the family game room with billiards and ping pong. They even have 10% off deals with multiple eating places (btw, the New Zealand meat pies are amazing). The general manager and staff were particularly warm and helpful throughout our stay -- really good people."
