This time the usual toiletries were missing; the carpet and sofa needed cleaning or replacing and the pillows were so uncomfortable that I barely slept 2 hours last night. Only issue we had was in our specific room where, we didn't find out till trying to sleep, there was a down pipe near the room, that when rooms above used the bathroom, sounded like you had water plunging through the room. We thought there was an issue with the air con and switched it off. However the issue continued throughout the night. Pity as the hotel was really good , clean and staff helpful"

The only reason that I didn’t award it 5 stars is because when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready, even though it was later than the book in time ……. Probably just unlucky."
