Staff were very nice but not sure if it was worth the 700$ for the 2 nights that we stayed there. Here are the few issues I noticed during my stay: when we entered the room there was a welcome card (which is nice) but it had someone's else name on it (we thought we were in the wrong room at first). Room was very clean but there was a few big spider webs on the ceiling. I had to wait at least 10 minutes for the hot water when taking a shower. After we were done with our breakfast in our room (room service) you are supposed to call room service and they will send someone to pick up the table with the dishes. Well I didn't call them but someone still showed up and entered our room while I was taking a shower and my wife was sleeping. I didn't heard any knocking since I was in the shower and you would think if they opened the door and heard someone showering they would come back later? Well looks like not... spoke to the receptionist about it and they only said they will look into it... Lastly, we had room service for supper again that day. Food comes on those foldable table that they bring in your room. Well while I was enjoying my soup, the foldable table just gave up on me and I had soup all over my clothes. (They sent someone to clean the mess since there was soup on the chair/carpet and they replaced my soup) Everything I mentioned might not be a big deal but 700$ for 2 nights... let's say that our stay wasn't perfect. Location is perfect but price not worth it.
