"I booked this through Hotels.com with a 24 hour cancellation policy. I got to the room, and the shower had mold in it and the bathroom smelled like smoke. I was paying over $500 a night for this room. The parking lot is in poor condition, and honestly the outdoor area does not feel very safe. Once I saw the room, I went downstairs and said that I could not stay the second night. They told me to contact Hotels.com, which I did, and Hotels.com then called the hotel. They said they would refund my second night. I left the next day, and then I was charged for two nights. I just got off the phone with the manager from the hotel, and he refused to refund my money even though La Quinta and Hotels.com said it would be. He would not listen to a word I said. I would not stay here under any circumstance due to the room condition and due to hotel management."

"Good location. But be aware, their breakfast is nothing fancy especially not free. We ordered all you can eat breakfast for $15. So called hot food options are scrambled eggs, bacon and potatoes. Another thing is shower water seems low on pressure, not a great relax after long drive day."

"Room, beds and linens were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good. I had a discounted price plus it was a Monday night so price point was excellent for me."

"Room, bathroom and beds were clean. There was a TV, coffee maker, and maybe other stuff -- all of which we did not use, so can't comment. There is a free parking lot outside. The hotel also features a free breakfast. They had 4 hots items, milk, coffee, DIY waffles, yoghurt and other items. Very decent. Both shifts of staff at the reception was friendly and helped us with some Q&A about the area and the hotel. Would stay here again."

"Breakfast buffet was great. Had fresh waffles. Staff was amazingly sweet, kind, & helpful. Rooms were clean. Parking is a little sparse, but they are able to accommodate a few spots in the next door lot. Overall, great. "

"Excellent stay at Drury Inn. My first stay at a Drury Inn and I left saying I would stay again. Friendly and helpful staff, generous amenities includes hot breakfast buffet, evening drinks and snacks. Gym could be better equipped, but sufficient. Highly recommend. "
