Comfortable, clean and quiet. There is construction going on, but it did not wake us. After arriving very late after a long drive, it was nice to be able to sleep undisturbed. I was a little worried seeing scaffolding by the room, but we heard nothing until we were awake.

The desk clerk was exceptional. When I walked in I could tell the hotel was full of kids for a baseball tournament. I had read reviews about kids running through the halls for other hotels and decided I prefers not to possibly deal with that. The clerk could tell I was concerned and cancelled my room for me. It might have been ok but for the money I did not want to take a chance. Thank you Jay.

The staff was very friendly. Because they are in the process of renovating the property, they offered a free dinner, including three drinks. They handed out a small bag with bottled water and snacks at check-in with a coupon of $10 off a night (up to 3 nights) at this property. A full hot breakfast is also included. Lots of extras at this property because they are renovating. And, the rooms are spacious and beautifully done. I would stay here again!

We like Drury properties very much. This particular one is under going renovations. There is a lot of construction equipment and materials in the parking lot. They take up a lot of space. This particular room seemed quite a bit smaller than we usually get. Kind of cramped. Love the walk-in shower, bathroom was quite nice. Advice to hotels in general, go with walk-in showers. No one takes baths anymore. They are safer too. Great hotel, will be back next time we pass through here.

The property was undergoing renovations, which were not disclosed to us until we arrived. The staff exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. Despite our pet-friendly reservation, we were assigned a room on the highest floor. The establishment's pet policies prohibit pets in the elevators, yet the stairwells were hazardous due to the presence of construction dust and debris, posing a safety risk to our pet.

Hotel is being renovated. Lots of construction stuff. Caulking in bath was uneven and there will be leaks. Reused bath door had repaired hole and stopper holes. Shower floor was extremely slippery. Staff was terrific and Kick Back and breakfast were terrific.
