“I arrived at the hotel and immediately noticed the room had not been properly cleaned. There was hair in both beds and cigarette ashes left in the bathroom sink, which made the room feel unsanitary and unacceptable for a paying guest. I returned to the front desk right away to request a refund due to the condition of the room, but my request was denied. Because of the lack of cleanliness, I did not feel comfortable staying there and ultimately left without using the room. Unfortunately, I am now……

“This place is not the cleanest of properties. When first entering the room I was greeted with the slight odor of tobacco/weed smoke. The entry door was so loose fitting that light shone through the crack. It looked as though the door was once kicked in at some point? I could clearly hear the neighbors conversation though the large crack under adjoining door. The towels were not clean which didn't matter because the shower faucet was broken. Furniture was stained and the coffee maker was not……

“Visited Thomasville to spend the holidays with my family who are local to the area. The home is just as advertised! Clean, cute, comfortable, great backyard space, plenty of parking and a quiet neighborhood. I loved that we could bring our two small dogs. We couldn’t ever figure out the lights for the backyard which made taking our dogs out at night challenging but we made it work. Management company was super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!”
