“Comforter had a spot of blood on it. The coffee maker did not work. The floor was sticky in the bathroom and foyer. There was only one nightstand on one side of the king size bed. There was no soap or liquid bath wash in the shower.The refrigerator had no freezer in it. There was no safe in the room. The toilet paper holder came loose from the wall. The drain in the sink was not functional. Water stood in the Bassin because the stopper dropped down into the drain.”

“Beautiful lobby, amazing pool and restaurant staff. Breakfast was delicious and pool side food was good too. Rooms are well maintained and had good views Although, at the time check-in, front desk agent While she was checking us in she started talking to someone else and saying she is “professional photographer”. Maybe because its not part of Chain hotels so the staff training is different. I and my partner felt it to be disrespectful and unprofessional. If microwave amenity was available on……
