A huge living space with plenty of room to spread out, and a large kitchen well stocked for cooking. Lots of room for bikes, kayaks, trailers, pets, and adventure toys. Miles of mountain bike trails out the front door. The entire lower level of the house is yours with your own entry, our family lives upstairs. Sometimes we are home, sometimes not. There are no shared spaces, you have the entire lower level guest suite to yourself and the house is very large. We are about 55 min to Ouray, 1hr 20 minutes to Telluride, 35 minutes to the Black Canyon, and 35 minutes to Ridgway. We do not have central A/C, normally it stays cool and is comfortable room temperature, we have 2 portable A/C cooling units that run off water if needed. In the winter we have cozy in-floor radiant heating.
