They greeted us every morning and evening and were so helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is immaculate and I really love the updated modern look with the old historical building. Plenty of towels and blankets available in the room. Only issues; the walls are paper thin but they remedy this by having a white noise machine and Bluetooth speaker available in your room and that the tv does not mirror from phone and no access to Hulu even though it’s on the remote? We were very happy with the Rathbone. The rooms are beautiful. The hotel is in downtown so no need to drive. The people at the Rathbone were friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to help us. They do not serve food but there are dining options nearby within walking distance. They have a great bar and nice cocktails. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is large enough for a small gathering of friends. The shower is open/walk in on one end, large, with a rain head, shower head and hand held sprayer. Turn on all three at the same time and it is luxurious! Staff was super friendly.
