"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. I had to scoop water fromthe shower to flush in the toilet because water would not drain. Half roll toilet paper was left. If you take...

"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

Messaged them several times and I have not gotten any response nor have I gotten my money back and it has been days now with no response. "My daughter and I came into town for a couple of Yankees games. Saturday we went into Rimes Square. My husband (her father) died in February 2024 and we needed a couple of days away from home just to recharge. Our hotel provided a home feeling in a hotel room. Thank you so much!!!"

"Listing was not as advertised, in an unsafe neighborhood, requested separate rental agreement (which would be fine) but an additional requirement for card documentation for their file, implying a duplicate charge. When I tried to cancel our 5 night stay (online, via phone, and through email) after nearly being accosted by 3 strangers upon our entry, I was immediately denied and told 'no refund', 'can't cancel' and 'its not known (locally) as a safe place'. Ridiculously poor customer service...

"The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The only thing I was turned off was the smell of weed that was throughout the entire building and the elevator. I don’t believe people in general respect the sign "No Smoking." Unless this applies to only cigarette smoking lol. Regardless, the apartment building was quiet and safe, amidst the area where is located. "

"The room wasn't set up as shown. Could barely get around the end of the bed because of dresser. The desk chair only leaned back and due to no room to maneuver, you couldn't get it out. No extra trash bags. No extra toilet paper. Dead Fly squished and left on wall. Mold in Shower"

"My stay was okay; but I would like to note that I fell outside of the building near the ramp leading to the parking lot and I could not get anyone to take an incident report. I had to be transported to the emergency room via EMS. The sink in the bathroom was broken, the toilet seat was broken and too small for the toilet.
