It was awful. The staff was nasty when we asked for an early check in. A simple “unfortunately we have no rooms ready” would have been just fine! The air conditioning in the room wouldn’t work. We had it set to 65 degrees and the room went all the way up to 76 degrees. It was so hot. We took ice cold showers to try and prevent the room from getting hotter. The pillows were flat. The popcorn ceiling was flaking and falling apart right above the bed. The shower curtain had mold on it. It was just an overall awful experience. I don’t know how they got away with charging us $500 for the room!

We were advised we could check in early the morning of our stay. Due to connectivity issues with computers we were told no early check ins, we’d be welcome at 4. We were told if the system wasn’t up and running by 4 they would “manually” check people in - aka write names down. Waiting to implement this process was extremely poorly executed because at 3:45 a huge line began. At 3:45 a woman behind the counter in a head scarf gave the approval to staff checking people in. It certainly seemed like computer access was already in use since they were looking up rooms, but weren’t allowing check in. The following day I called for toilet paper twice and they said it would be brought to my room and wasn’t. I then went down to the desk and a gentlemen provided it. We had to evacuate the building as alarms were going off. Absolutely no information was provided regarding the evacuation. The system that blares to evacuate is extremely broken. The words go in and out and it shuts off. If whatever triggered that alarm to go off was serious, the Hilton would’ve risked people’s lives. We paid additional to have a city view and king bed. We had a parking lot view and a “Hilton” king bed, which is not the standard size king. It’s between a king and queen. There was liquid dripping down the wall near bed. The ceiling in the shower was leaking/ paint melting. The air conditioning didn’t work There’s 1 microwave in lobby which they took away from us. This stay had to be the worst experience ever.

No working air in hotel rooms. Smell of mold and mildew of 2 of the rooms and the 3rd room transferred to the air didnt get higher than 78. The hotel needs to be shut down. Contacted general manager and have yet ro hear back from him. Bo way a paying customer should have to deal with this.

The walls were leaking water and puddles were forming on the floor near the window , the room smelled like mildew & the a/c didn’t work. I was extremely hot and uncomfortable, there was also bugs in the curtains when I pulled them back. I had a terrible stay

On a hot humid summer day (felt like 95 degrees) air-conditioning was not working. There was no apology or compensation. Because it was a high demand night (Copa America semi-final, Argentina v Canada!), rates for rooms were THREE TIMES normal. This was a truly shameful way to exploit your guests, with no trace of guilt or recompense.

Air conditioning was terrible in the whole building, there were stains on the carpets, bathrooms were unkempt and the food was awful. The staff did there best to be accommodating and pleasant but it wasn't enough to make the stay pleasant.
