Very well located close to restaurants and to the White and Celeste lines of the Telepherico. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. The property is starting to feel dated but it's very well maintained and quiet. The staff is not the friendliest but they are helpful once engaged. That seems to be the norm in Bolivia, from my very limited experience.

My daughter got sick during our stay and front staff carla was EXCELLENT!! She facilitated getting a local doctor to come and visit. Beyond this she was cheerful and happy to assist us during our stay. The room was highly recommended as was the breakfast and the massage facilities
