The panorama suites are NOT a hotel. These are individual apartments rented out in a residential building. There are no front desk nor services available. Communication is through emails and texts. The view from our room was beautiful and the price was very good.

It has a perfect location next to the waterfront and Union Train Station with a stunning view of CN tower. There is also supermarket in the corner. The contact with the host is also efficient.
