Jane, a interlocutora entre o anfitrião e o hóspede , é atenciosa e dá retorno às dúvidas pelo whatsapp. O check-in antecipado e o cadastro facial adianta muito na hora da chegada. No Minimarket (que sugiro ter mais produtos salgados) quisemos comprar hambúrguer mas ele não estava cadastrado no sistema e não foi possível de nenhuma forma, embora o produto estivesse lá. "
