Our room was very clean & the bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpful & it was a nice touch to have fresh cookies. The shuttle service to the airport was so helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. We would most definitely start at this hotel again.

This Day Inn was pretty damn good. But, being more of a budget motel, the amenities were minimal. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and the shower very good. However, the design is old school, with the shower and toilet in a separate room from the sink. In spite of this my stay was okay. No major problems to report.

Our day was wonderful. The room was nicely updated. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Only thing that needs to be fixed would be the towel rack and shower rack in the bathroom were loose needs to be tightened up but very impressed though with how nice the room looked and was super clean. Will stay again when we travel through

Its a decent place to stay a night or two. I loved the close proximity to tesla supercharger and a punjabi dhaba which serves awesome food. Their breakfast was decent. I wish they had an elevator but that was not a deal breaker for us. rooms were clean and well maintained. Cushions were not comfortable but I just stayed for a night so I don't mind

The reservation showed a pool which was closed at the arrival, no warnings, no heads up. The TV was not working in our room, they had to move us. The rooms were clean, no smell but the workmanship was messy. The stuff was nice, breakfast was good.

The property was obviously a little dated, but overall was nice. The breakfast was wonderful, and my family enjoyed the pool after a long day in the car. The only negative was that the ice machine needed to be descaled and sanitized while we were there, meaning we couldn't actually use any of the ice for things like water bottles or our cooler where it would come in contact with our food. We were satisfied with our stay and would return if we are passing through Ritzville again.

Room was very nice and ac worked well. I enjoyed speaking with you front desk person upon check in and afterwards. She was a great lady from Heard County, GA. Very smart and welcoming. Honest. I tried her Mexican place and it was great. Service was great over there, too.

Family friendly. Staff were terrific. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Loved that it had a few fresh, healthy options that didn’t feel ultra-processed.
