Unfortunately, the street leading to driveway is a steep turn and was damaging the fenders and undercarriage of my uber driver cars. Several times I had to get out at the bottom and walk up (about a 4 minute walk up)when they refused to drive which was difficult at night and with luggage. “This apartment is so stylish and comfortable. It has so many beautiful details. The location is perfect for walking to many of my favorite Dunedin restaurants and sights too. The only slight negative aspect of our stay was the arguing seagulls on the rooftop in the early morning. I'm not sure how the owner would keep them away though. Overall this apartment is a real find and I would gladly stay here again.”

"I’m not sure if the beds in this motel had been changed before we arrived. When we unfolded the blankets around 9 PM to sleep, we found hair on the double bed, which was really off-putting. I then checked one of the single beds and, upon closer inspection, noticed hair there as well. Normally, sheets should be changed between guests, but since it was already late, we didn’t want to confront the owner about it. We stayed for two nights and had brought our own bedding, so we chose not to make a fuss to avoid ruining our mood. That said, I believe clean bedding is a basic requirement for any accommodation. As for other aspects of the motel—the kitchen was well-equipped with ample space and utensils, the bathroom, though a bit dated, was clean and functional, the stove was new, and the air conditioning worked well. With a child in tow, we found it quite convenient overall. The only downside was the lack of cleanliness in the bedding, which really affected our stay"
