“A very dated hotel which may have once been a 5star, but by modern standards - nowhere near it.
This hotel lacks in staff experience/service quality. The building is old, the interior is dated and the rooms and amenities are not clean/of 5 Star standard quality.
The rooms were not the cleanest, see pictures. Bathroom taps were coated in limescale, dirt on the bathroom floors, napkins from the restaurant downstairs being used as face tissues in the box provided in the room.
