Moulins Souterrains du Col-des-Roches Tours

No AC, but still great for a small solo stay. Very warm during the day and night. Window had no screen so I felt a bit weird leaving it wide open facing my neighbors window overnight.

This is just an amazing hotel in the perfect location--right at the entrance to the old city and directly adjacent to the train station. Our room was clean and well appointed, and I can't say enough about the staff, especially the desk clerk who helped us figure out the Aare swimming logistics, She even provided us with a hotel branded dry bag for floating down the river. My only comment is that the AC was not that strong, but the staff did provide us with a supplemental AC unit which cooled the room down considerably. HIGHLY recommend !
