Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but not really comfy. Pillows are well used an flat only 2... As for cleaning for towels an trash. Out of 4 days. Only once an we had to ask for it. They where nice to hand us clean towels.

“Waldorf Astoria” attention to detail at a “Day’s Inn” price. Breakfast was the usual cold selection, but at a much higher quality. Great outdoor pool that was clean and crystal clear. Such fun to stay at a lovely spot that was not part of a big, corporate hotel chain.

Checked in and confirmed we had a room with two beds and a sofa bed for 5 guests. The room didn’t have bedding for the sofa bed and only 3 towels for showering. Requested additional towels and wash cloths and bedding. 5 hours later they had not yet arrived. It was now 11:30pm. Went to the front desk requested again. 30 minutes later we were brought a blanket and 3 towels. We were told there are no wash cloths or sheets available.

"Ordered 4 queen size rooms. You would think if 1 person ordered 4 rooms they would all be on the same floor. Also 2 of our rooms were not queen beds. They were full size in small rooms."

"First and foremost, the staff was outstanding. The front desk was amazing, Sherry made our meals very special...she's a gem, we asked questions and needed advice on local events and every person we asked was so helpful. Pool towels were abundant. I can't say enough about everyone!"
