Our bed was so comfortable. The bar upstairs is awesome and room service was quick and delicious. We were a little disappointed at check-in, however. We had requested early check-in which, on arrival, they couldn’t do which is fair enough and they said they can only guarantee that rooms are ready at 3pm. "Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on...
