The location is outstanding—just a five-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of many of Sydney’s major attractions. "The room was clean and a great size. The sofa bed was terrible, the mattress was so thin the metal bar in the middle was able to be felt. It actually appeared bent/ broken. We ended up doubling over the mattress, using the lounge pillows at the end and getting an extra blanket and pillow to fill the gap. It worked but wasn’t ideal. "Amazing view of the Sydney Opera House!!! Unfortunately, restaurant hours were somewhat limited. On our first night, both the Altitude and the Blue Bar were closed for private events. The Lobby Lounge was closed at 9. The only option left was room service."
