My stay we unpleasant. My room was gross the wall paper was peeling off the wall in the bathroom , they tub was stained with what looked like rust, the bathroom door was dirty looks like it had water damage and mold that they tried to wipe off. My door was messed up it had to be slammed to shut and lock.

Pool not open despite i called first and they said it was. Lady at the hotel said we'd be refunded for the 2 nights we didn't stay and Expedia did not follow through, as she suggested they may and said, "you will need to keep calling them". Will no longer be using Expedia because they do not mind selling disgusting rentals and showing good reviews and ignoring their customers.

Broken glass. What looked.like blood prints in the pool. Food inside the pool. Pool was extremely dirty. Attitudes were poor. (Except for one person) Rooms were horrible. Never had anyoje come in to change sheets after requested. My stuff had gotten stolen. Noone did anything until after the guest had left. Rooms air wasnt great. Refrigerator was dirty. Waffle mix is watered.

The hotel was very dirty it was clear that they don’t clean the common areas. The elevator floor had not been cleaned at all my entire stay. I stayed 5 days and not once was my room cleaned, trash taken out, towels provided NOTHING!! I had to call for towels twice each time cause no one ever came after the 1st call. The breakfast is the same every day. One morning the bagels were molded and the milk was spoiled. The staff is not friendly at all. They have the I do not care attitude. They all seem to live on the property. The way the front desk talks to Maria (the housekeeper) is ridiculous. The pool is down and they will not give a discount for the inconvenience. I saw from a previous review it has been down for months and was shut down by the health department. I wish I would have read the reviews before booking. I thought with it being part of Choice Hotels it would be nice. I was sadly mistaken. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Spend the extra money and stay elsewhere trust me!!!

I liked the room and the cleanliness, however, no wash cloths and there wasn’t a variety of breakfast. Also could’ve been a bigger selection of snacks. False advertisement of the pool. It was under maintenance. It should’ve said so on the website. We were looking forward to it especially the kids.

The onpy issue was that the pool was closed, couldn't use it for three days, Under maintenance. Then realized its closed by the state, the handicap chair was broken and not fixed yet.

Upon entering the building, the clerk did not even bother to look up from his computer to acknowledge my presence at his establishment. After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence, he said “Hey buddy.” without even looking up. I informed him that I was obviously there to check in. After he begrudgingly looked up my reservation, he then proceeded to tell me that I needed to fork over an additional $50. I wanted to cancel this reservation immediately but he smiled and told me that it was a third party reservation and I wouldn’t get a refund. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left on principle alone. Customer service is a dying art and here is where it comes to die. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Comfort and care is very nice establishment I had great time at my stay just wish staff was little bit more friendly! The reviews are very mixed which worried me staying here but we were here for one night. We got in late and had a very late check in but I called and they were accommodating. I had 2 rooms on the fourth floor. The rooms were clean, the sheets were clean. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was nice. The ac worked with no issues. The paint didn’t quite match in certain areas where I’m guessing the headboards were replaced and a few corners in the bathroom that can use a little extra TLC. Breakfast was decent. Standard things like bagels, egg and sausage, cereal and waffles. We didn’t go swimming. There was plenty of parking but the side or back door didn’t work so the gentleman at the front let us in. Overall for the night it really wasn’t a bad stay. I would stay again.
