Newly renovated home situated in the heart of Mount Pleasant, just minutes from Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms beaches & Shem Creek. Tucked away on a quiet, safe street, walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, grocery, ice cream & shopping. Bike to the beach or spend your day exploring historic downtown Charleston!
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a spacious modern interior with an open floor plan. The kitchen features new appliances, quartz countertops, a large basin sink and is fully equipped - Brand new pots and pans, 8 place settings, Ninja blender and Calphalon toaster. Additionally, there is a coffee bar complete with Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.
Relax under the fans on the back patio sectional with ping pong table and 60" Smart TV. Outside, you can enjoy the large private backyard with grill. Three Schwinn bikes are also available to cruise around town.
Living room is complete with full sized sofa, 2 lounge chairs and 2 Crate & Barrel leather ottomans. Breakfast nook can comfortably sit 8 around the dining table. The 65" Samsung Smart TV is complete with streaming apps, Youtube TV with 100+ channels and Netflix access. Additional smart TVs in the bedrooms all carry Youtube TV and Netflix access.
House sleeps up to 8. There are 3 bedrooms all fit with a queen bed. Additional 22" inch high queen blow up mattress available for use in the living space (linens and pillows provided). There is a high efficiency washer and dryer on site with complimentary Tide pods. Private driveway and garage can accommodate 3 vehicles.
This is a smoke-free, pet-free home. No parties or events per town ordinance. No parking on street or on lawn. The refund policy does not cover inclement weather. If you are concerned about a weather event affecting your stay, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please let us know if anything breaks or is damaged during your stay so we can replace or fix it right away.
