"Just needed somewhere quiet to stay for myself and my partner who needed rest and recuperation, also had builders in our house, so this being a very reasonable price and not too far to travel seemed ideal....and it was. All clean, peaceful and nice. Read some reviews prior to booking and now I've been there I just think that some people leave bad reviews or complain for the sake of it or because they think they'll get something from it. It is what it advertises, it's nice, comfortable and clean. Wish we'd booked a couple more nights in fact because when we got home the builders are nowhere near finished and the house is a bombsite. Oh well!"

"Drink options great. Very clean room. Fixtures are worn and dated, but very clean. Room was very spacious and had every thing you need ie tea, coffee, biscuits, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, toiletries. If you need disabled room, you will need to ask as there are steps up to the rooms otherwise. Spa facilities are lovely. So clean and organised. Lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is tired decor wise, but the staff are so friendly, efficient, and the food was great quality, price and great portion sizes. Compliments to the chef. Breakfast too was very tasty, fresh, veggie option for me, and plentyful. We had a wonderful overnight break and are definitely going back for one of their entertainment evening's."
