We arrived earlier in the day and no one around to help us check in. We left and returned hours later and still no one to check us in. Another person staying in the resort contacted the person that was supposed to be there for check in and that person sent the cleaner to check us in! It was annoying and bizarre! ”

“What a beautiful home with stunning views and so many bedrooms and bathrooms. We lovely the outdoor entertaining area.. was perfect for a special occasion and the kitchen had everything we needed. Only grumbles ... the spa was dirty and had not been heated or balanced PLEASE don't advertise there's is an outdoor spa unless it can be used! I have a hand held cleaner for my spa which cleans it in a couple minutes Also the oven door was broken so the glass kept falling”
