“Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here.”

“Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA.”

“The resort needs to do something about their keys. It doesn't take much for them to not work and have to be re-keyed. Getting them next to any type of electronics (phone, watch, etc) causes them to not function. We had two keys and between them we had to have them re-keyed 3 times”

“Very convenient location if you are looking for a nice clean place to stay. Staff was nice, rooms were clean and the buffet was good for the hotel (dont expect a resort style buffet) location is good right across from the river”
