Die Kommunikation und die Schlüsselübergabe im Beach Club waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die neuen geschützten Terrassen, mit Lounge und Sonnenschirm, sind einfach toll geworden. Nur was zum zweiten Mal zu bemängeln war ist, dass es kein Gefrierfach, wie im Buchungsverlauf beschrieben ist, vorhanden war. Das passt nicht zu dem Standard und ist immer gerade Sommer ein echter Mangel. We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues.
We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

Parking situation is not convenient at all. It's very expensive. it's in a building in the back of the hotel. You have to walk around and out to access it in the cold. They close the gate I believe around 11 or midnight, so you have to come out the car, go to the front desk (and sometimes we had to bang on the front door during the night in the cold as no one would be at the front desk.) for them to open the...

"Styling of hotel was very good and location great especially if you are taking a cruise. Room was clean but shampoo and gel were empty and they could clean the towel bar and tissue holder. Other than that the staff was friendly and they did accommodate an early check-in for us."
