Summary:  
Step into the relaxed elegance of this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo, perfectly nestled in the heart of historic Garden City. Just a short stroll to the iconic Garden City Pier, this unit offers a blend of beach-town charm and modern coastal comforts. This 2nd floor condo greets you with a welcoming open layout filled with natural light. The balcony offers peaceful ocean views making it an ideal spot for your morning coffee, sunset wine or soaking in the seaside serenity.

\-Bedroom 1: Bunk bed with 2 full beds and 1 twin trundle accommodates 5  
  
\-Bedroom 2: 2 full beds accommodates 4  
\-TV in room  
  
\-Bedroom 3: 1 King bed accommodates 2  
\-TV in room  
\-Ensuite full bathroom  
  
\-Carolina room with day bed accommodates 1  
  
\-Fully equipped kitchen  
\-Laundry area with full sized washer & dryer

Guests will have access to the entire condo and community pool.  
  
Free parking spaces (2) in front of the building. Parking passes in unit.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
You will be provided with full check-in instructions on the day of arrival at 3:30 pm. It is a self-check-in with a smart lock.  
  
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT:  
Booking party must be age 21+ and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.  
No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing.  
Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund.
